EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique

Recent Posts

EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique’ is a new treatment to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions. A lot of scientific studies have been done on how our negative thoughts and emotions make us sick or keep us sick.  They don’t really know the causes of most of the illnesses, but they do know that our negativity does cause or contribute to our problems.

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a way of getting rid of the trapped negative thoughts, emotions, and bodily pain by releasing your negativity. They have discovered that physical pains and illnesses are often the results of emotional stress and negativity. The Bible calls them unforgiveness and resentment.

Our beliefs are like water. They are fluid and can shift and change. New beliefs create new pathways in our minds. The more we believe in these new beliefs, the more energy that flows into them, the stronger they become.

As we manage our minds, our thoughts, our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, we can change our habits, we can learn new skills, we can change how we deal with difficult people.
